The alarm clock buzzes at the exact time you set it to the night before. You had planned on getting up earlier today and go running at the park, to enjoy the morning breeze and watch the birds dance in the sky and then you’d drink an energizing juice and life would start feeling right again.
Just that you don’t get up. Instead you roll in bed left to right and then back to left again and all you can think of is how hard it will be to get through one more day.
Once again you are rolling in bed waiting to set the autopilot mode on, despite now you are feeling even more guilty for not accomplishing what seems to many as the simplest goal: Live.
Before we go any further let us make a disclaimer: We are not aiming to give you a solution for depression, because that’s very serious stuff and we do recommend that you see a doctor if that’s the case.
However, if you haven’t tried yet, let us provide you with some positive thinking ideas that may make the difference in between throwing the clock against the wall and sinking your face on the pillows one more day.
Perhaps all you need is an extra push, and these positive thoughts may be what’s missing. Just read them out loud to yourself next time you feel deenergized.
1. I can accomplish anything
This may sound silly, because we know that there are things we can’t do, like flying for example. But this straightforward phrase can be enough to get you going. All you need to know is that if you set your mind to do something, you really can.
2. And this is why
Think why you can instead of why you cannot. Simple as that.
3. I’m deserving
Because we all are. We all deserve health, to be loved, to earn money, to be happy. Earn it!
4. There’s still time
We are all suited to, at any time, start over, as many times as we need. There’s always time to follow our dreams.
5. It’s not supposed to be easy
Because it isn’t for anyone. Life’s a struggle but it’s also a wonderful adventure. Dare to live. Look people in the eyes and enjoy the beauty that it is to be alive.
6. Best time is now
Actually the best time was yesterday. Now is the second best time.
7.No plan is flawless
We make arrangements as we go. Life’s an adventure, remember? If Plan A doesn’t work, there’s PLAN B, and then if you don’t wanna change plans, there’s PLAN B.1S
8.You gotta start somewhere
People can be born rich and famous, but no one is born successful.
9.Baby steps
Remember Bill Murray in What About Bob? Baby steps! No one can climb a ladder by sliding up on it.
10.Things do improve
It may be hard at first, but with goodwill, you will find the right tools to live a better life.
Finally, remember that you have made it through 100% of your worst days. That’s something to be proud of. Oh, and we got a playlist to get you going, too. We, at homeyou wish you the very best today. Have a great week and, stay gold!
