Furthermore, section 10.4 asserts that Zoom can harness customer content (data, files, documents, etc.) in addition to telemetry data for various purposes. These encompass product and service development, marketing, analytics, quality assurance, machine learning, AI training, and testing.

Zoom's data-gathering scope is set to expand with a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, allowing the company to undertake several actions, including modifying, redistributing, and processing user content.
